The 2017 Los Ancianos Tecate Enduro

Tough and dusty, the 2017 Tecate Enduro was a real challenge for riders. Three 25 mile loops of progressively more technical trails gave everyone a good workout and was a bit too tough for more than a few.

When the dust settled, GasGas rider Noah Kepple was first with Justin Morgan second on his basically stock, brand new Honda 450RX. Dustin McCarthy rounded out the podium in third. Kevin DeJongh won the Open class, Kellon Walch topped the Vets, Paul Day was the first Senior and Grant Palenske won a tight battle with Larry Roeseler to win the Super Senior class. Brooke Hodges's was a repeat winner in Women’s class and Jimmy Sones won his first Tecate winner's trophy in the over 60 Masters class.
